Hi Myself Ritika Sharma I am working in Cambridge Montessori Pre School as a Telecaller and administrative Assistant. Earlier I was teaching students in a pre – school and right now I am here as a administration support.
Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and the highly trained teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process.
Goals of a Montessori School
- Developing a positive attitude toward school. ...
- Helping each child develop self confidence. ...
- Assisting each child in building a habit of concentration. ...
- Fostering an abiding curiosity. ...
- Developing habits of initiative and persistence. ...
- Fostering inner security and sense of order in the child
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
The administrative Assistant holds a key position as the hub of communication and first contact for prospective parents, and as such requires a style that is both personable and efficient in order to convey a positive first impression of the school.
Also a first contact for parents, faculty and staff for help in obtaining information, forms, supplies or services. I believe that the environment needs to encourage children's development. It's how children feel positive and confident about their sense of self and their individual accomplishments. Construction materials, like building blocks, are also important and help develop a child's fine and gross motor skills.
In the prepared environment, there is a variety of activity as well as a great deal of movement. A Montessori teacher serves as the preparer and communicator of the environment to the child and is responsible for maintaining the atmosphere and order of the prepared environment.
Students are greatly impacted by the learning environment, and teachers play an important role in controlling the setting. ... Because they work hard to create a positive learning environment in their classrooms, their students are confident, high-achievers who are good at solving problems and have strong social skills.
I am very happy with my job and I am proud to say this I love being with kids and I am working here with Cambridge Montessori Pre School.
